Behind The Five Spot in Atlanta
Green Sunshine channels free speech and new ideas through the language of their music, which is already finding it's audience across the country. Their style is rooted in hip-hop and funk, enhanced with jazz and rock overtones. Line-up is as follows:

It is
instant composition from a written page…it is funk that can be
straight…it is headbanging jazz …it is rock that is part chill…it is
world music that takes you home…it is jazz melodies through a wailing
distorted guitar over syncopated together funk African rock drum rhythms
grounded firmly with astral bass lines…it is No End of Now.
No End of Now is a musical collaborative led by guitarist and composer Rex Shepherd and currently features John Tschirhart on electric upright bass, and Jason Stander on drums and percussion. Performing original compositions and improvisations with blended musical influences, the members strive to bring every ounce of energy they can to every performance of each piece, connecting with audiences to create a musical-emotional experience that leaves listeners emotionally charged and wanting more. With a fast growing fan base in the West Central Florida region and beyond, the band continues to expand its creativity and original repertoire and connect with listeners of a wide variety of musical genres. A few of the descriptions by fans include "Robin Trower meets Miles Davis," "hippie jazz," "psychedelic fusion," and "What the hell was that? That was cool." The band often will enlist any number of different instrumentalists (cello, trumpet, oceanharp, Theremin) to add to the creative musical dialogue of each performance.
